Fridge not cooling
A warm fridge with the light on usually means a failed condenser or evaporator fan, a defrost problem or a faulty start relay. Keep the doors closed — we can usually visit the same day and test each system.
Freezer not freezing
The freezer is not freezing while the fridge works, or the other way round: often ice has blocked airflow because of a failed defrost heater or thermostat, or the evaporator fan has stopped.
Leaking water
Water under the fridge or inside the crisper drawers comes from a clogged defrost drain, a faulty water inlet valve or a damaged door gasket. We clear the drain and replace what has failed.
Ice maker not working
No ice or small, hollow cubes: a frozen fill tube, a failing water inlet valve, an old filter or the ice maker module itself. We thaw, test and replace the faulty part.
Loud or clicking noise
Loud buzzing, rattling or clicking usually comes from a fan motor, a loose compressor mount or a failing start relay. We locate the sound and fix it before it turns into a breakdown.
Door seal not closing
